For the production of finishing plaster with special thermal insulation properties, polystyrene is added to the mixture of sand, lime and cement.
Polystyrene balls with an apparent density of a few grams per litre are extremely light and therefore difficult to measure.
Economical storage requires reliable level measurement and level detection.
